Do you ever write like a wildfire? Have you ever written with such a fury that everything in your path is consumed and burnt up, your readers are in shock and despair, and everything you once knew is now no longer? You need to write with a fire and a passion that punches a reader so hard that the oomph of the blow to the stomach is remembered. Maybe, perhaps, the stream of tears that the reader experienced will flow into a river that waters the tree that is their life. Or, or, or, maybe, perhaps the stream of tears from the reader will be so great that it will put out the fire of your writing.
Occasionally, Terry will write like a wildfire. No inhibitions. Shamelessly.
I know not if I can write like a widlfire. I write more like a wisp of cloud that is sliding between the hills at dusk.
Writing like a wildfire can really aid in igniting your writing, igniting your writing I tell you. One of the things we practice here at WhatToDoAbout.com is setting each other on fire while we write our blogs. We then proceed to type as fast, and as furiously as we can, while we endure the pain. When the pain becomes too great to bear, we yell, “uncle, uncle”. Usually, this only takes a few seconds, I mean, I have been known to last for a whole minute, but I don’t like to brag. After yelling, “uncle, uncle”, then we get a short break until we get lit up the second time. This process continues until the WhatToDoAbout article is finished.
Wanna come write with us? I didn’t think so. Our writing times are actually very exclusive. In order to even be considered a regular writer, you must pass a wildfire writing test. Yes, we will light you on fire and drink to your success as you burn! Obviously, grammar and spelling are rather lax during the test, but that is fine, as long as the heart is there. You can obviously see this philosophy carried out on and throughout WhatToDoAbout.com. Did you hear that? On and throughout what to do about. And he sticks the landing!… all of that lighting myself on fire business must be paying off!
