There comes a time in everyone’s life where you realize a new passion. For me, it was in my early twenties, working an office job, obsessing about what to eat every day for lunch. I realized I liked thinking about food so much that I wanted to learn more about it. I wanted to cook…
What To Do About NOT EATING DONUTS
I know exactly what I am missing. Back in the day, when I was a wee lad, some friends and I used to make regular trips to a certain donut establishment, which shall remain nameless. Let’s just say I owned a t-shirt from them, and I owned stock in their company… really. I was enamored…
What To Do About BUYING PEACHES
I like a good peach. Remember that song by The Presidents of The United States of America? The song that goes, “Moving to the country. Going to eat a lot of peaches”. I always disliked that song. But that is another blog on another site somewhere…

Times are tough, life is hard. I know. It is hard to not only manage the budget for food expenditures, but also to manage it in such a way that allows you to eat excellent, healthy food. Especially, since, well… for those of you who know me… well… you know me.
Ok ok, I am focusing now, stay with me. Let’s get this over with quick. In order to eat well on a budget you need to:
A) Be a very content person, and
B) Keep it simple.
What To Do About HAVING A WELL STOCKED FRIDGE
This is a sentimental subject for me… I hope I do not tear up as I write this. When I see a well stocked fridge it brings me back to the days when I was a wee lad visiting my grandparents. I remember opening my grandma’s fridge and seeing all sorts of wonderful food inside and her welcoming me to whatever my heart desired.
